About

Our local Union has been around for ages.  Representing twenty offices in the Lehigh Valley, NALC Branch 274 strives to move into the future and flourish. Our 300 active members and 200 retirees comprise our strong local union.  Our national mission is to earn better wages and benefits for our members through successful contract negotiations. 

Our local missions are to successfully defend our members through the grievance procedure and to successfully file grievances based on management improperly following our National Agreement.  Over the years, our stewards have gotten our members hundreds of thousands of dollars in settlements.   We hope to continue that success as we move forward and educate new stewards and members into the future.
